4 Guidelines As The Essence We Should Strive For In 2025

It's been five days since the beginning of 2025. This year, we will experience a lot, the 4 planets are announcing huge changes. Saturn, Neptune, Uranus and Jupiter change signs and thus change the energy of the collective and each of us individually. Saturn and Neptune move to 0 degree of Aries. The zero degree of Aries represents the beginning of everything - the first degree of the zodiac, the point of inspiration and a new cycle. The best thing we can do is embrace the uncertainty and let the flow of energy flow. In 2025, Mercury retrograde will move through fire loops - Aries, Leo and Sagittarius. This dynamic period will awaken our passion, inspiration and courage, but it will also bring challenges in communication, planning and decision-making. It is possible to expect unexpected situations that will require us to make quick decisions at a given moment. Impulsive decisions can also trigger conflicts with the people we are surrounded by. The suggestion is that you do not strictly and rigidly adhere to the plans, goals and beliefs that you have devised in your mind that can hinder your flow and receiving field. Allow the energy to flow freely, joyfully and carefree, leading you to where you belong.

There are important and major guidelines that should be started or continued in 2025

1. Raw plant based diet

Although the vegan community is growing as people's awareness of animal products and mass farms changes, there is an aspect that is not being raised and noticed. Thanks to wonderful people and their efforts to discover the cruelty that animals experience for all the products we see on the shelves of retail chains. We should not eat animal products for their own sake, but primarily because animals are not designed for our body, mind and soul. Raw fruits, vegetables and nuts are the only foods for which our body is designed and with which we can cure ALL diseases. Doctors claim that there are more than 12 thousand different diseases, but in fact there is only one disease that occurs due to the consumption of animal products. Winter time is mainly for salads, nuts and some fruits that are available depends on the part of the world where you live. In summer we can eat everything that nature offers us from a variety of fruits in unlimited quantities. When we are on a live plant-based diet, we don't need to measure and complicate, there are no recipes. We eat the way nature has intended. We are herbivores and we can live our full potential on a plant-based diet.

2. Spirituality and mental health

It all begins and ends within us. We are a universe within a universe. We are a mini cosmos. If you haven't yet, it's time to look inside yourself and start peeling off the onion layers. With our birth and the arrival of our soul on this planet, we were the closest to the source. In early childhood, programming began by those closest to him until today. Each of us is full of false programs, limitations and beliefs, blockages and traumas. If we do not embark on the path of spirituality and awareness of everything that is inside us, we live life on autopilot. We do things we wouldn't do otherwise, we make decisions we wouldn't make otherwise, we're in relationships with people we wouldn't be with. We act out of fear, not out of love. The definition of spirituality is created by everyone for themselves. Spirituality as universal does not exist. Every soul on this planet has different contracts, destinies, knowledge, and opportunities. We should look for information from reliable sources, various book authors who selflessly share their knowledge with us, psychologists, psychiatrists, podcasts and other sources available to us. Every day we should strive to do something good and useful for the inner child in us.

3. Quality and meaningful relationships

Relationships largely affect the quality and fulfillment of our lives. At the end of the day, material things become like background noise, and the person next to us is what matters. From choosing a conscious partner, friends who are second family and a quality relationship with our primary family from which we originated, our inner balance is required. As our inner self mirrors the outside, by working on ourselves we will arrange relationships that can be better or attract completely new and different people to our reality. A big factor that negatively affects relationships is blame. Each of us has the need to point the finger and blame the other soul for the problem we are facing. Guilt is negative, responsibility is desirable. Each of us is solely responsible for our own decisions and actions and should not delegate this responsibility to anyone else. Relationships are not perfect and they cannot be because people are not perfect and that is completely fine, but those people who work on themselves every day and strive to be a better version of themselves have far better and livelier relationships than others. Every relationship should have essential ingredients like trust, honesty, and respect for personal boundaries. Friendships are nurtured every day and should be like water that adapts to every stone, trough and bend. Energy is always and forever in motion never static, keep that in mind.

4. Synergy with nature

The statement that the place where we live significantly affects our psychophysical state is absolutely true. We are not and are not behaving the same way in Malibu and in Moscow. Places that are in a pleasant plus throughout the year host people who have vitamin D in abundance and radiate positive energy. However, we should not bother about where we live if we do not have a serious ambition to move. Each of us can find an earthen path or a forest in our suburb where we can stroke the trunk and hug a tree. Look up and see the nest with the birds. Animals are beings that coexist with us to give us the consciousness we have lost along the way. Life is now. Life is a moment, never yesterday, never tomorrow. If you have a yard, walk around it completely barefoot, so you connect to the frequency at which the earth vibrates. There is always a way to reconnect with nature, no matter how banal it may seem, and that is what we should strive for in 2025, perhaps most of all. All the answers are found in nature.
