Being Vegan Doesn't Mean Being Healthy: Why and How to Switch to a Raw Plant-Based Diet

Veganism is a term that is widespread throughout the entire planet Earth - every year there are more and more people who join the vegan diet. A vegan diet implies that we eat only products from a plant source. Many actions, petitions, associations and organizations have been launched that expose and emphasize what is happening behind the closed doors of mass production farms with animals. In veganism, animals are at the top of the priority list. Veganism was born around the idea that animals spend their entire lives in suffering and eventually end up dying an aggressive death. Below is an explanation of why veganism in itself is not the ultimate solution and we take our eyes off animals and bring it back to ourselves. This is about human nutrition and the focus is shifting to ourselves.

The Basic Law of Existence on Earth: Duality and Experience

Those who work on themselves and know certain basic information, knowledge and wisdom of spirituality are aware of the fact that the reality on planet Earth is dual. We have come from a source that is complete and in which there is no polarity. However, any soul that has chosen to come to Earth has automatically entered duality. The law of nature tells us that if there is no good, there is no bad, if there is no ugly, there is no beautiful, if there is no poor, there is no rich, if there is no meat-eater, there are no vegans. If everyone were tall then no one would be able to experience that experience. If you're not short, I wouldn't know I'm tall and vice versa. Duality is a natural law that is fundamental to understanding every aspect of life. To know how to play the game, you first need to learn the rules, otherwise you repeat and lose over and over again. Every topic of today was conceived in a higher power without which nothing would have been created.  So, duality is natural and we need to accept it. Just as a meat eater will not give up meat, a vegan will not give up veganism. Again and again in a vicious circle there will be two extremes that will condemn each other without knowing that they are the same.

Without Meat-eaters, There Would Be No Vegans

We came from the same complete whole, and here each of us has taken on a role in which he has completely immersed himself and cannot give up the program and the belief that it is really the right one. With that, I also want to say that fights, discussions, not to mention serious cases of verbal or physical violence against meat eaters or vegans are futile, useless and stupid. Vegans and carnivores are a natural reflection of the natural law of duality, but the question is which is better for a person's health, mind, soul, spirituality and spiritual path. Absolutely everything is made up of energy that is invisible, everything vibrates at a certain frequency. nothing is static, soft, hard, flat, round, and so on. It's more nothing than something. In the context of food that also vibrates, it is interesting at what vibration fruits, vegetables and nuts are compared to a chicken, cow or pig that was conceived by a syringe in a mother who is under maximum stress, in a concrete hall, fed antibiotics and food in which hormones and chemicals for faster growth than natural and predicted,  over which her neighbors trampled on each other, and at the end of it all, she was greeted by a bloody slaughter. This animal is a secretive harmony of stress in the adrenal glands. This animal carries various types of trauma, fears, horror, despair, sadness, uncertainty, depression, hopelessness in its DNA. All parts of that animal were dismembered and ended up in meat, dairy products, chewing gum, toothpaste, from the ears to the nails. What happens when this energy begins to coexist with our own in our body?! Every cause has a consequence, that's the rule. Why are more and more people depressed, mentally ill, why do men have an excess of female hormones, why do girls get a menstrual cycle at the age of 9?

Vegan Industry: Vegan Processed and Toxic Products

Another reflection of duality is vegans compared to people who are on a raw plant-based diet. While vegans are on a plant-based diet because of the suffering of animals, people on a raw food diet feed on raw plants primarily for their own health. The big difference is manifested in refrigerators and food pantries. While one vegan buys vegan chocolates, cheeses, meats, pastes, snacks, juices and thus ingests all the poisons, dyes, chemicals and other harmful factors, the others buy only fresh fruits and vegetables and nuts.

Veganism is a multi-billion dollar industry where many production chains (the same ones that produce animal products), influencers, brands, corporate companies, supplements earn millions a year. Veganism was embraced as a change because a certain number of the world's population changed their beliefs. They decided to stop eating meat for the sake of animals, but not because of the belief that herbs are a natural remedy for humans. A raw plant-based diet has been proven by numerous studies, but also by evidence submitted by ordinary people that not only is it natural and optimal for our body, but it can cure all diseases. From serious diseases such as leukemia, ulcers, tumors and cancers to autoimmune and chronic diseases such as psoriasis and diabetes.

There is not just one plant that you can heal from, but a combination of all herbs together. In winter, mostly salads are eaten, while in summer many fruits ripen and are eaten throughout the season and part of autumn. Fruits and vegetables are the ultimate diet for humans if you think about it - we have long limbs, nails to open and cut, a nose to smell something good or rotten, and teeth that are specifically designed to chop up food to make it easier to swallow. Humans are not capable of catching a single chicken in the yard, let alone killing it with their bare hands and teeth and then eating it raw like all other animals do. We are not animals and the differences are clear to those who follow logic and nature.

Don't Ask Questions to People, But to Nature: All the Answers are Already Within You, Because You are Nature

Everything is natural and meaningfully created, everything has its own flow, schedule, its own how and why. With the development of the food industry after World War II, various types of cancers and other diseases suddenly began to appear among people. Those scientists and doctors who discovered and published their studies that animal products are the original reason for the formation of cancerous cells in the body were silenced and censored. World health organizations, state institutions, experts, nutritionists and individual studies are largely mistaken and bribed to create a reality that is far from the reality that nature tells us.

An individual would rather trust a nutritionist or the WHO than seek answers from Mother Nature, their own intuition and common sense. Those who have not yet come to the right information and evidence that only plants can maintain and heal the human body are missing the basics for moving to a higher consciousness and facilitating the experience on this planet. The diet is very simple, you don't need different electronic devices in the kitchen, cookbooks, youtube tutorials and other people who tell you how to eat. Nutrition is intuitive, meaningful and natural for each individual.

Seasonal fruits and vegetables are the answer you've been looking for all along,  right under your nose. Cut the fruits and vegetables, put them on a plate and eat. You have not spent irreversible time cooking and looking for recipes, and then eating cooked and processed food that has completely changed the DNA record that our body cannot recognize or use. Raw food is revolutionary in terms that you get your time and your life back. Health is completely free, and everyone who tells you that it is not wants to sell you something. Health is the sole and only responsibility of the individual and reflects his level of consciousness.
